ORDER VERIFICATION

How to verify your top-up

Every order has a GA order number. Together with the checkout email it unlocks the live status of your ChatGPT top-up — no support ticket needed.

The five-step check

  1. After payment, keep the order number shown on the return page (it starts with GA) and the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order page and enter both values — they must match exactly.
  3. Read the status: awaiting payment, processing, delivered, or refund in progress, plus any delivery content.
  4. When the status is delivered, confirm the plan inside ChatGPT on the same account email.
  5. If the status sits at processing well beyond the delivery window, email support with the order number before doing anything else.

Ready to check? Open the order lookup page.

What each status means

  • Awaiting payment — the checkout session has not been paid or has expired.
  • Processing — payment confirmed, operator applying the plan.
  • Delivered — the plan has been applied; the delivery record is shown.
  • Refund in progress — the order could not be completed and is being refunded.

FAQ

Why can't I find my order with the Stripe payment reference?

Stripe shows a session or PaymentIntent identifier (usually starting with cs_ or pi_). That is not our order number — use the GA number from the return page or the delivery email.

I typed the wrong email — can you still find it?

A lookup requires the order number and the checkout email to match. If the email was mistyped, contact support with the order number, payment time and payment method.

What does 'processing' mean for a top-up?

Payment is confirmed and an operator is applying the plan to your account. Most orders finish within 5–30 minutes during working hours; Pro orders can take up to 90 minutes.

The plan is not visible inside ChatGPT — is the top-up lost?

First confirm you are signed into the same account email, then refresh. If the order page says delivered and the plan is still missing, email support with your order number and a screenshot.
