Terms of Service

1. What we do

GPT Pricing is an independent third-party service that sells monthly ChatGPT direct top-ups: we apply a paid plan (Go, Plus, Pro 5x or Pro 20x) to a ChatGPT account you control. We are not the official OpenAI store and have no affiliation with, endorsement from or connection to OpenAI.

Every order is fulfilled by a human operator. We never ask for your ChatGPT password, one-time codes or recovery codes — only the account email needed to apply the plan.

2. Products and prices

Product names, prices and delivery modes are shown on the product and price pages and are read live from our product database. All prices are in US dollars.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. The payment page, accepted cards and the billing descriptor are governed by Stripe's checkout. If a price changes, orders that have already been paid are not affected; unpaid orders may be recreated at the current price.

3. Ordering and payment

Provide an email address you control: it is used for order notifications and for looking up the order together with the order number. Keep your order number safe.

If payment fails or is not completed, the order does not enter the delivery process. You may order again or contact support.

4. Delivery

Direct top-ups are applied by a human operator, typically within 5–30 minutes during working hours; Pro orders can take up to 90 minutes. Delivery status is shown on the order page.

You are responsible for supplying the correct account email. If the top-up has already been applied to the wrong account, we cannot reverse it.

5. Refunds

If we cannot complete a top-up — for example because the account is not eligible — the order is cancelled and refunded in full through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Once a plan month has been applied to your account, that month is not refundable. Cancelling your ChatGPT subscription, if the plan supports it, is handled by OpenAI, not by us.

6. Your responsibilities

We may suspend or terminate access to the service, and cancel pending orders, if an order is used for fraud or any unlawful purpose.

• Provide accurate contact and account information.
• Do not use the service for fraud, resale of stolen accounts, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not send passwords, one-time codes or recovery codes to anyone, including our support team.
• Confirm the plan and account before paying; the top-up is applied as ordered.

7. Intellectual property and disclaimers

ChatGPT and related marks belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Original content on this site belongs to GPT Pricing.

Prices, features and usage limits of ChatGPT plans are set by OpenAI and can change without notice. We describe the service as accurately as we can, but we do not control the underlying product.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the effective date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
